The villa is offered on a self-catering basis. Linen is provided and changed once a week.
Pre-arrival cleaning, water and electricity are included within the property’s rental costs.
30% deposit required on reservation with the reminder payable 8 weeks before your holiday. If you book less than 8 weeks before your holiday then the full balance becomes payable immediately.
A 200 Euro cash deposit for your keys is requested on arrival and will be returned to you on your departure.
